Does anyone know if it is possible to get a refund..?

on a movie ticket purchased at a Cinemark theater ? I did not end up
going to see the movie last night and now im wondering since it is the
next day if I can still recieve a refund ?. In my opinion I think it
should be possible since the ticket was unused and not torn. Plus I
still have the 3D glasses that are unopend as well
